Mushroom Man Wobbly - Wackelmensch Ornament.  Christian Ulbricht is famous for their Wackelmännchen series - small wooden figures that wobble when gently pushed. These are very much like American weebles - yet elegant created in wood.  The bottom of the ornament is slightly rounded and wobbles when touched.  He is in essence a roly-poly.  The Mushroom (Amanita muscaria) Man has a furry beard and carries a small mushroom.
